You will focus in providing expertise in Electrical Engineering and Competent Chargeman services to ensure seamless operation, driving efficient ignition and maintaining an uninterrupted production and manufacturing process.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out corrective, preventive and condition monitoring maintenance on electrical, instrumentation and control equipment.

  • Deliver maintenance strategies for continuous improvement plan on equipment reliability & efficiency.

  • Deliver operation security strategies for ensuring minimum downtime of plant.

  • Lead and passionate a team of technicians and executives.

  • Execute electrical, control and instrumentation design, project management, problem analysis, potential problem analysis, decision analysis and safety assessment.

  • Deliver SOP for repetitive engineering tasks and technical documentation to standardize best practices.

  • Leading plant HV/LV equipment maintenance such as Transformers, Switchgears, Cap bank, Genset and upkeep maintenance record and preparation of all safety documents.

  • Safety improvement and develop Work instruction (SOP) for HV/LV related works

  • Perform Power/Energy monitoring.

  • Liaison and reporting to ST & TNB according to local compliance.

  • Carry out improvement/upgrading projects.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Possess BO 33kV Chargeman certificate.

  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of heavy industrial equipment; DC motor control, PLC or DCS, Closed Loop Control, Instrumentation and Power Distribution.

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or any other disciplines.

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting, leadership, team player, coaching and analytical skills.
