Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and control all activities affecting production process including Refinery, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Scheduled Waste Management as to meet the objective of the production through the review of production reports and take appropriate measures where necessary. Carry out cost reduction program, product/ process failure or reject analysis & implement improvement/ countermeasure plans accordingly. Establish work standard/ guideline/ process parameter specifications to control production process quality. Develop methodology as to prevent occurrence of potential non-conformity & establish regular checkpoints to ensure process quality. Perform SPC monitoring/ analysis on Process/ machine capability studies for all the automotive products, besides APQP, PPAP, FMEA. New product/ sample/ material/ vendor/ machine qualification. Conduct production process related training to other departmental personnel. As assigned, coordinate on companywide calibration & MSA on all measuring and testing equipment, where appropriate, and maintain the records. Continue to seek improvement in all that he/ she undertake and to develop the staff for proper implementation of continuous improvement in production process related tasks. Ensure quality / environmental systems are implemented, maintained and conform to ISO/IATF. Other assigned duties as required. Qualification Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. DOE competent certificate holder for industrial effluent CePIETSO (PCP) will be added advantage. Experience At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in Chemical Engineering. Other Personal Capabilities Strong knowledge in process improvement, project management, analytical and design skills. Highly responsive and results-driven. Working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong leadership.
