Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the IT Executive and supporting the Department Head in ensuring smooth daily IT operations. Key duties include data management, IT device and application support, backup and security monitoring, troubleshooting, and system testing. Ensures compliance with IT policies, maintains hardware/software inventory, and coordinates with IT vendors and Group IT. Provides off-hours IT support, conducts user training, and assists in system evaluation and enhancements. Also involved in IT policy development, procurement recommendations, and quality improvement initiatives. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirement: • Advanced Diploma/Degree in IT relevant courses. • 3 to 5 years of working experience in IT-related field. Working Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred. • Experience in supporting Hospital Information Systems is highly advantageous. • Knowledge of server, networking, application software, and database. • Able to standby for call-back after working hours. • Independent and able to work well with others. • Preferably Mandarin-speaking • The capability to work flexibly under pressure, remain self-motivated, and prioritize both unscheduled and scheduled tasks.
