The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing professional healthcare advice, and ensuring compliance with Community Pharmacy standards. You will play a key role in delivering quality pharmaceutical care and promoting the well-being of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications in compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. Provide clinical information on medicines, including proper usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions. Offer personalised support to patients by counselling on medication adherence and lifestyle adjustments. Report suspected adverse drug reactions and maintain accurate documentation for patient safety. Conduct medication reviews to assess effectiveness and identify potential risks. Formulate and test medications when necessary, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Maintain proper storage, preservation, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best treatment outcomes for patients.
