  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are offering a part-time job as IT Support: Location: Nearby Damansara City Mall - DC Mall (With MRT access) Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday - Friday) Duration : February - April 2025 (Flexible) Job Scope: - Work onsite at the specified location and hours. - Report to the Team Leader and maintain constant and prompt communication with the team. - Receive assignments from Team Leader for IT Support tasks. - Involve configuration of computers, laptops, and printers. - Troubleshoot IT problems such as email, network, user profiles, disk usage, WiFi, etc. - Identify IT hardware problems. - Maintain discipline, punctuality, and good behavior. - Maintain confidentiality of information and not disclose any information outside of the working environment. Benefits: - Learn from existing IT Support seniors/experts. - Direct experience in IT Support business, working with real IT providers and customers. - Daily allowance payment. - Letter of Contribution/Involvement at the end of the engagement (for those who show good attitude and contribute positively), which can be used as experience reference in Curriculum Vitae (CV). Qualifications/Requirements: - Currently pursuing or completed studies in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. - Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Adequate communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Previous IT support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
