As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible to deliver revenue growth for brand. Your work revolves around: - Responsible for the daily operations of E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok): Order processing; Inventory and product listing management; Handling customer service queries from various communication channels. - Utilize the seller tools available to plan promotions and reach out to customers. Equip yourself with performance Marketing and Content Marketing skills to maximize your store traffic and conversion rates. You will be involved in marketplace campaigns, budgeting and work with creators and our internal creative team to generate fascinating truths about the products you manage - Work closely with platforms’ KAM for monthly promotion or campaign execution. - Monitor platforms’ performance, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance sales, traffic and overall customer experience. The Ideal Candidates: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in E-commerce/ Digital marketing. - Proficiency in English or Mandarin. Able to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. - Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage ( CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, Tiktok Ads ) - Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage - Good team player, proactive, passionate, fast-paced with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
