Call Management: - Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls using a switchboard or multi-line phone system. - Maintain accurate long-distance call logs. - Take and distribute messages promptly and accurately. 2. Visitor Management: - Greet visitors warmly and determine the purpose of their visit. - Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs. - Notify the appropriate staff member of visitor arrivals or direct visitors to the correct office or department. 3. General Inquiries: - Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external sources regarding the organization’s location, hours of operation, contact details, and other general information. 4. Administrative Support: - Book and manage meeting room schedules. - Organize and distribute mail, including receiving and sending courier packages. - Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records. - Replenish office supplies, stationery, and refreshments as needed. 5. Corporate Administrative Services: - Assist with corporate administrative tasks within approved policies and objectives. 6. Ad Hoc Tasks: - Perform any other duties as assigned by your superior.
