Accounts Executive For Kencana Biotech Sdn Bhd Location: Jitra, Kedah, Malaysia About Us: Kencana Biotech Sdn Bhd is a leading manufacturer and marketer of cosmetics products, food, and beverages. We are seeking a diligent Accounts Executive to manage our procurement and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Prepare and monitor budgets, providing financial reports to management. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Collaborate with other departments to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes. • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiar with GMP
