Job Responsibilities: - Handling of daily account operation activities and administrative tasks. - Manage and monitor daily office operation. - Conduct general accounting duties, as assigned. - Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained. - In charge of room booking software and attend to customers - Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior. - Creating positive office environment. Job Requirements & Qualification: - Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate, LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or related field. - Computer literate with good understanding and command accounting software or system. - Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel ex., Word, Excel, Power Point - Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. - ---- - Preferred Mandarin speaking candidates. - Good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks - Able to start immediately or within short notice. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
