Staff Nurse

1. Patient Care -Administering medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician's instructions. -Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress. -Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families. -Educating patients and families on healthcare, wellness, and aftercare instructions. 2. Clinical Procedures -Performing diagnostic tests, such as ECGs, blood draws, and swab tests, when necessary. -Assisting doctors and senior medical staff in minor procedures and surgeries. -Maintaining sterile and safe environments in patient rooms and treatment areas. 3. Documentation and Reporting -Recording patient information and observations in medical records accurately and promptly. -Communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care needs. -Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards. 4. Team Collaboration -Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and therapists, to deliver comprehensive care. -Supervising junior nurses or nursing assistants, as required. 5. Emergency Care -Responding to medical emergencies and providing critical care in high-stress situations. -Administering CPR or other lifesaving techniques when necessary.
