Job Description 1. Responsible in overall matters of legalization and permit renewal. 2. Ensure company compliance to local, state and federal regulations with regards to laws related to employments and administration as well as sustainability certification. 3. Supervising the work for legalization and permit renewal team to ensure renewal of Permit / Passport/ medical/ Legalisation of workers are timely and in order. 4. Monitoring Labour licenses and permit issuance (JTK), Bank Guarantee and quota (JIM) and ensure the addition/ renewal are timely and in order. 5. Ensuring the HR SOP on Foreign Workers are available, updated and in line with the companies objectives. . 6. Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Management. 7. Coordinating new workers recruitment including pre-recruitment stage, onboarding and outboarding including liaison with agencies. 8. Collaboration and liaison with OU, relevant government agency and other related third party (embassies/ NGO) where necessary. Minimum Requirements: • 5 Years experience in handling Foreign Workers matters • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent • Good knowledge & proficiency in SAP system and Excel data analysis is an added advantage • Applicants must be willing to stay in estate, travel frequently to remote estate in and around Sandakan
