Assistant, Company Secretary Responsibilities: • Maintain records including registers, minutes, resolutions, databases and copies of return filed with authorities. • Assist in corporate planning/finance matters of the Group when required. • Assist all matters in relations to Company Secretarial and to ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements and draft minutes of Board and Committee meetings and general meetings. • Maintain statutory records of all the companies in the group. Requirements: - • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration/ ICSA / MAISA or any equivalent. • At least 3-5 years of company secretarial experience on public listed company. • Familiar with Companies Act 1965, Corporate Secretarial practice and other related statutory and regulatory requirements. • Good knowledge and exposure in board meeting management and shareholders’ meeting. • Good writing skills and communications capabilities, able to work independently and deliver results within stipulated deadlines. • Good command in Microsoft Office applications and Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Possess high level of professionalism with systematic work approach and organisational skills.
