Responsibilities: - Independently manage and handle the company’s accounts. - Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Conduct financial analysis and generate reports for management review. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. - Ensure accurate financial record-keeping. - Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit processes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with accounting software e.g. : SQL, MYOB, XERO, BUKKU, QUICKBOOKS. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous.
