Responsibilities: - Able to achieve local and international student recruitment targets - Generate, propose, and implement ideas for building efficient local and international marketing strategies to promote our products, services, and brand - Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate local and international trends, brand awareness – and competition ventures - Plan and execute leads generation activities such as local and international fairs, seminars, talks and any other promotional activities including short-term programmes to recruit local and international students -Collaborate with different departments to organize events/campaigns, provide input for publications and organize and oversee communication campaigns -Monitor progress of local and international events/campaigns using appropriate metrics and submit their performance reports -Build good relationships with external stakeholders to strategize on possible collaboration to generate leads -Prepare budgets and monitor expenses -Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: -A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource Management/ Economics/Commerce or equivalent -A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the education industry. Those who work at an international school will be an added advantage -Fluent in English and able to converse and understand in Mandarin is an added advantage -Demonstrate in good interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving -Abilities to think innovatively and look for out-of-the-box marketing strategies to increase international students’ enrolment -A fast learner and able to work in fast paced environments
