Responsibilities: Administrative & Coordination: Assist the F&B Manager in coordinating daily operations of restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining. Maintain and update F&B reports, records, and databases, including menus, pricing, and inventory. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to F&B operations. Schedule and organize department meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes. Guest & Event Coordination: Coordinate F&B event bookings such as corporate meetings, weddings, and banquets.• Communicate with guests, event planners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of F&B services. Assist in preparing event BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and distribute them to relevant departments. Address guest inquiries and special requests related to F&B services. Operational Support: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service operations. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track stock usage to prevent shortages. Assist in menu planning, updates, and coordination with chefs and restaurant managers. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene and safety regulations, and F&B standards. Employee Support & Training: Assist in scheduling and rostering F&B staff. Coordinate training sessions and maintain staff records. Support HR in processing payroll-related documents for F&B employees. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management systems. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu planning, and event coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude. May require flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
