Production Supervisor

Qualification/Experience • Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management or any related field. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment. • Prior experience in a team leader, senior operator or assistant supervisor role is an advantage. Job Descriptions 1. Production Management a) Plan, organize and monitor daily Production operations to meet output targets. b) Ensure Production schedules are followed according to plan. c) Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed. 2. Quality Control and compliance a) Ensure all products meet company and quality standards. b) Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) c) Communicate with QA/QC to minimize defect and ensure process improvements. 3. Team Leadership and Supervision a) Supervise and train Production workers to improve efficiency and performance. b) Arrange task and monitor daily. 4. Safety and workplace compliance. a) Enforce workplace safety regulations and procedures. b) Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 c) Conduct safety briefings and accidents investigations. Required skills/ability • A team player with ability to supervise, train and motivate operators. • Ability to understand issues related to workflow, machinery and efficiency optimization. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and product quality standards. • Able to communicate and liaise with another department. • Quick thinking to resolve Production issues.
