Position: Sales Representative Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: In Win is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the enterprise IT, distribution, and government/private sector project markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT hardware sales, working with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, while also managing large-scale projects involving server chassis, data centre solutions, and custom OEM hardware. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: • Develop and grow In Win’s sales network across distributors, resellers, and system integrators. • Identify and secure government and private sector projects that require enterprise grade IT hardware. • Build relationships with IT procurement teams, system integrators, and corporate clients to drive hardware adoption. • Work with OEMs and custom PC builders to promote company’s specialized hardware solutions. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk orders with enterprise and channel partners. • Attend IT trade shows, government tenders, and industry networking events to expand business opportunities. Project & Account Management: • Manage large-scale government and enterprise projects, ensuring smooth product integration and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with R&D and production teams for custom chassis or hardware requests from clients. • Respond to RFPs, tenders, and project proposals, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. • Oversee delivery schedules, logistics, and stock availability for projects and bulk orders. After-Sales Service & Customer Support: • Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring that customers receive installation guidance, warranty services, and troubleshooting assistance. • Collaborate with technical support and R&D teams to address customer needs or product modifications. • Maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities. Market & Industry Insights: • Stay updated on market trends in IT hardware, data centres, cloud computing, and gaming hardware. • Provide feedback to In Win’s product development team on customer demands and competitive positioning. • Analyse competitor pricing and product offerings to refine sales strategies. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, distribution, or enterprise account management. • Strong relationships with distributors, resellers, or system integrators in the computer hardware industry. • Experience handling government and private sector IT projects • Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure, data centre solutions, and server hardware. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to travel for business meetings, government tenders, and industry events. Preferred Qualifications: • Existing connections in the IT hardware distribution network. • Experience selling server components, chassis, power supplies, or industrial PC enclosures.
