THE ROLE The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. This role involves leading the sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to achieve the company's objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Strategic Planning and Execution:  Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.  Set, monitor, and report on team goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 2) Team Leadership and Development:  Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.  Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collabora- tion. 3) Market Analysis and Business Development:  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.  Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to tailor market- ing efforts. 4) Brand Management and Promotion:  Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts.  Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance market presence. 5) Budget Management:  Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Sales and Marketing department.  Ensure cost-effective marketing and sales activities within budgets to maximize returns. 6) Collaboration and Coordination:  Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.  Work with other teams to align strategies for maximum impact. 7) Performance Monitoring and Reporting:  Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.  Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. REQUIREMENT: 1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. 2) Proven experience as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, or a similar role. 3) Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strate- gies that drive business growth. 4) Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams. 5) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6) Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools. 7) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
