  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB FUNCTION: • Supervise directly Product Development and Technical Department to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the section. • Maintaining and enforcing design control procedures PPAP, APQP and policies to meet customer requirement. • Lead in design reviews and contribute ideas for product improvement. • Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in product development projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards of the customer. • Collaborate with manufacturing departments to ensure smooth transition of new products from development to production. Address manufacturing issues and optimize design for manufacturing. • Maintain accurate documentation related to product development activities, including project plans, design specifications, test reports and regulatory submissions. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. • Manage the product development process from inception to launch, adhering to timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality standards. • Oversee product testing and evaluation throughout the development process to ensure functionality, quality and performance. ACCOUNTABILITY: • Responsible for the development of new products, including product design, photocopying and testing. Contribute to the creation of technical drawings and specifications for new products. • Responsible for the control of the company’s intellectual properties. • Execute product development strategies aligned with business goals • Maintain technical documentation related to product development activities including project plans, design specifications and test reports. QUALIFICATION: • At least 5 years working experience in product development or manufacturing • environment or • At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering industrial design or related technical discipline. • Must have management skills, product design and leadership. • Posess technical knowledge in product development in plastic injection. • Experience in product development for automotive components is added advantage. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
