We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the end-to-end development and management of innovative digital banking products. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences, aligning product strategies with business goals, and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the digital bank's strategy and goals.
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
- Liaise with UI/UX, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and timely delivery.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Agile Development:
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear understanding of the product backlog.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
- Monitor development progress, address roadblocks, and ensure product features meet quality standards before deployment.
Customer-Centric Focus:
- Use customer feedback, data analytics, and research to continuously improve products.
- Drive enhancements to improve user experiences and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
Performance Management:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and regularly track performance.
- Leverage data insights to make informed decisions on product iterations or pivots.
- Deliver regular updates to leadership on product progress and achievements.
Job Requirements & Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital banking, financial services, or fintech.
- Proven experience in managing and launching digital products, with a strong understanding of the hire purchase market in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
