Responsibility: · Assist in the daily operation of the accounts department to achieve departmental objectives and goals. · To manage and provide an accurate monthly debtor statement, monthly banks reconciliation, maintaining journal, General Ledger and other reporting. Assist manager to submit reporting to Headquarter. · Handling daily operations work such as check and processing supplier invoice, sales order (checking), and etc. · Communicate with operation teams included sales & service coordinator; Identifying and handle an operational issue. · Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior. · Dealing with banker, lawyer, secretary, auditor and tax agent. To manage the filling system and to ensure constant improvement to ensure all account’s record in proper.
