1. Working under the Senior Chefs of the Kitchen, you are expected to Perform a variety of operational duties such as but not limited to dishwashing. 2. Cleaning and distributing dish, kitchenware and other items in the kitchen and/or the F&B outlets to ensure that these operate efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist hotel chef(s) preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients. 4. Packing take-out orders as needed. 5. Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards. 6. Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required. 7. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation. 8. To ensure that the Kitchen is run and maintained hygienically, efficiently and safely. 9. Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 10. Follow all instructions from the Hotel’s chef(s) and/or Management. 11. Notifying superiors of necessary repairs. 12. You may also be assigned other administrative and/or operational duties from time to time by the Management.
