We are an established ISO 9001-2015 certified Construction Company in Subang Jaya are now looking for highly talented and committed individuals who have the following qualifications and experience to join our Company. Responsibilities: • To organize proper filing system for department • To fax over quotation requisition to supplier on materials to be purchased • To follow up on quotation requested from supplier upon received of price • To request for samples and catalogues on materials from potential suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors • To gather & update information on materials suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors • To issue Purchase Orders to the approved suppliers, manufacturers and sub-contractors • To key into UBS Stock Control Systems for materials received at site base on delivery orders • To ensure all invoices will receive on time and attach together with the delivery orders & purchase orders before passing it to the accounts department Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent • Minimum 1-2 years working experience • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply • Computer literate Interested candidates are requested to fax or submit a detailed resume and photograph(HR) stating your qualifications, working experience, current and expected salary to the HR Department Office No: 603-8023 3448 Email: [email protected]
