• Responsible for daily transactions and data entries into the accounting system. • Ensure that appropriate receipts are obtained to support all disbursements and prepares vouchers related to various expenses • Assist in the liaise with client & supplier. • Assisting with job postings, resume screening and interview coordination. • Supporting HR-related phone interviews with candidates. • Helping with payroll processing, calculating overtime and other pay adjustments, and resolving payroll issues. • Prepare monthly reports and assist with other accounting projects according to company accounting and financial guidelines. • Performs other related duties as assigned by the HOD.
