Sr. Physiotherapist

KUHEN ENERGY HOUSE Vacancy for SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • To monitor, evaluate and modify treatment in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness of intervention. • To provide physiotherapy input to people with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurology and other complex conditions. • Responsibilities in multidisciplinary team including doctor, nurse, nurse aid, paramedic, sport science therapist • Diagnosing, assessing and treating problems • Encouraging more on manual exercises and movements • Working with patients with a variety of conditions including neurological (more to stroke patients), musculoskeletal ,pediatrics , geriatrics and adult cases. • Keeping reports on patients and their progress via testimonial videos • Staying updated with developments in treatments • Handle patients with care, compassionate and patience • Be confidence on what you are doing especially when treating patients • Always providing educations or home base exercises to patients to enhance activity daily living • Built and maintaining good rapport with patients and family members • Doing a live on social media to share knowledge regarding of physiotherapy • Manage to do home therapy / house call session when needed • Always ready in challenging cases QUALIFICATION: • Completing study in Physiotherapy with MPA (Malaysian Physiotherapy Association) registration • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy (Exercise Therapist - qualification in Physiotherapy) • Have experience working as a Physiotherapist including center setting, hospital setting, nursing home, specialist center, education center • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply BENEFITS: • Permanent (Full Time) • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS • Training In-House • Career growth • Entitle Leave • Uniform • Overtime pays PREFERRED SKILL: • Good communication skill • Good teamwork skills • Have basic CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) • Problem solving skills • Providing therapeutic massage • Good time management • Ability to motivate patients • Work under minimal supervision • Being independent • Charismatic • Follow SOAPIER (physio assessment) -assessment skills • Critical thinking skills • Interacting with patient in different ages and backgrounds as well as their caregivers and relatives • Interest in Live session - sharing knowledge and activities RESPONSIBILITY: • Responsible for day-to-day physiotherapy matters. • To execute ad-hoc duties when required. • Provide operation support function to the company.
