Job Description: • Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all bank transactions. • Prepare and process supplier payments, including uploading transactions to the bank. • Update and maintain customer payment records upon receiving collections. • Post supplier invoices after receiving the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) from the logistics department. • Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting. • Assist in administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents. • Process petty cash claims and ensure proper record-keeping. • Handle daily accounting functions such as data entry, filing, and maintaining account records. • Conduct month-end audits and assist in the month-end closing process.
