  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Food Product Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves ensuring our food products are effectively displayed, well-stocked, and appealing to customers across consignment and outright outlets, hypermarkets, or other sales channels. You will work closely with buyers and sales teams to optimize product visibility and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid shortages or overstocking. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers. • Ensure proper placement of products, adhering to brand guidelines and display standards. • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and gather feedback. • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays. • Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions. • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product deliveries. • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations in all merchandising activities. Job Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in food product merchandising, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus. • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and sales strategies. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and travel between different locations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • A keen eye for detail and creativity in product presentation. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures is an advantage.
