  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving hardware and software infrastructure while providing technical support to employees. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance company computer systems, including both hardware and software. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components, software applications, and operating systems. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues efficiently. Set up and manage network infrastructure, including cabling, routers, and switches, ensuring secure and stable connectivity. Monitor network performance, server health, and backup systems to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Implement and update security measures, including malware protection, to safeguard against cyber threats. Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring they can use company systems effectively. Recommended Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role. Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and software troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches). Experience with server monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery solutions will be an added advantage
