Job description : - Accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips. - Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and dining reservations. - Ensure a seamless travel experience by managing visas, travel documents, and schedules. - Attend meetings with the CEO to take notes, prepare minutes, or provide necessary materials. - Ensure all meeting locations are prepared and logistics are arranged. - Keep the CEO informed of their daily schedule and upcoming appointments. - Make real-time adjustments to the calendar as situations evolve. -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and team members when the CEO is unavailable. - Prepare or organize speeches, talking points, or presentations for events and meetings. - Assist in organizing and managing events the CEO is attending or hosting. - Act as a liaison with event organizers, ensuring smooth participation. - Provide on-the-ground support during events, including networking assistance. Requirements : • Minimum Degree in Administration / Management or any related educational background. • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • At least two (2) years of working experience in administration. • Willing to travel. • Able to work flexible time based on CEO schedule.
