  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As an Executive Assistant to CEO, this position demands heavy responsibilities and unequivocal commitment. To keep pace with the CEO’s work, we are looking for high performers who can be developed on a fast career track. The CEO’s Executive Assistant is expected to: - Provide general, specialised, confidential and time sensitive operational and management support to the CEO in an accurate and flexible manner. - Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s Office through the coordination and flow of information to him from all sources including email, social media, inter-office, phone, etc. - Establish methodologies to streamline data flow and develop a tracking and filing system to ensure timely responses. - Act as the primary liaison with various departments within the group. - Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making. - Plan, coordinate schedules and operational logistics for the CEO. - Undertake research/projects/assignments, draft correspondences on numerous matters as directed. - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance. Requirements: - A strong degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Computer Science or Engineering - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. - Possess competencies in the use of technologies and the ability to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information and safeguard against inappropriate access. - Able to prioritise and to anticipate the needs of the CEO. - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. - Energetic, career minded and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. - Able to apply creativity in a multi-tasking environment. - The position requires travelling. - Fresh graduates who are undaunted by the steep learning curve are encouraged to apply.
