Content Development: • Develop persuasive content that highlights the company’s strengths, capabilities, and value propositions. • Customize tender responses to address specific client requirements and evaluation criteria. • Maintain and update a library of standard tender responses, templates, and case studies for reuse. Coordination & Collaboration: • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical departments, to gather information for tenders. • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all necessary input, approvals, and documentation are obtained for submissions. • Act as the point of contact for tender-related queries and communications. Compliance & Quality Assurance: • Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. • Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Monitor and manage tender deadlines to ensure timely submissions. Market Research & Strategy: • Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and keep track of industry trends. • Analyze competitor submissions to understand market positioning and develop competitive strategies. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve tender success rates. Performance Reporting: • Track and report on tender outcomes, success rates, and areas for improvement. • Maintain records of tender submissions, feedback, and outcomes for future reference and analysis. • Provide regular updates and insights to the Head – Corporate Sales Unit and senior management.
