Responsibilities: •Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correctly recorded •Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to facilitate timely order processing and fulfillment •Arrange and oversee customer deliveries, ensuring smooth and punctual logistics operations •Liaise with the lab department regarding customer requests for Certificates of Analysis (COA) •Process and document goods returns upon receipt from customers, ensuring proper follow-up •Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, working towards effective resolution •Maintain organized filing and documentation for easy retrieval when needed •Update and manage the customer price book in the system, ensuring pricing information remains accurate and current •Assist with stock-taking activities and inventory reconciliation as needed •Generate reports and track order statuses as required •Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Marketing/Business Study or equivalent. •At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position. •Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Exposure to accounting system (Autocount) is an advantage. •Exemplary planning and time management skills •Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload •Good communication skills both orally and in writing
