Salary Range：RM2800-RM4000 Working Hours : 8.30am – 5pm (Mon – Sat) Benefits : Accommodation provided Working Location : Pontian Johor Company Background : Concrete Factory Job Responsibilities • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager in overseeing all quantity surveying tasks related to Sub-Contracts, Works Orders, and Purchase Orders for assigned projects. • Manage contractual and costing matters, such as verifying invoices for payment, assessing contractors' claims for variation works, extension of handling of contractual disputes. me, loss and expense, final account and • Based on information provided, update variation in claims, projects handover dates • Submit and monitor Monthly and final project claims • Address concerns regarding payment claim breakdown formats/ amounts, invoicing, variation orders, final accounts, etc. • Channelling other enquiries to the respective persons-in-charge • Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents (e.g., certificates, variation orders, Engineer's Instructions, Statements of Final Account, etc.). • Obtain Monthly Progress Reports by deadline • To liaise with relevant Dept for IFCA activity code cost to date and budget monitoring • Ensure prepared subcontract agreement scope of work, pricing etc. in order Job Requirements • Graduates from accredited universities with bachelor degree in quantity surveying or construction management. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively. • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team • Experience in precast manufacture industry will be added advantage
