  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

· Design process flow for incoming job and create references for QC. · Handle Corrective Action Report, monitor it effectiveness and generate monitoring report. · Inspect outgoing test piece by using a equipments (Calo grind, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Adhesion, Inspect under microscope) before release. · Generate report (Incoming, In-process, Outgoing) as per required by respective Sales PIC. · Arrange yearly calibration for all equipments and machine as per required (Follow the calibration schedule arrangement in a year). · Solve any upcoming problem during in-process. · Key in data incoming customer parts and outgoing parts in ERP system. · Assist on any issues facing by relevant department in ERP system. · Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for QC and amend any changes in SOP from time to time if got changes of process. · Involve in internal audit, external audit, quarterly management meeting and customer audit. · Ensure the procedure and data for ISO9001 for quality department always up to date and comply the ISO9001 requirements. · Update the procedure and record for quality department if got any new amendment follow with current procedure flow. · Handle any equipments that cannot be used after calibration (Well disposal method arrangement). · Assist as a backup for QC when necessary. · Any ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required. · Responsible as Document Controller for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. · Basic knowledge on QMS
