Job Responsibilities: • Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests related to product warranties • Processing warranty claims and returns in a timely and efficient manner • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all warranty-related activities • Prepare and submit warranty reports as needed. • Collaborating with the technical & warehouse delivery team to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements within stipulated time frame. • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction • Assisting with other administrative & operation tasks as required REQUIREMENTS: • At least 2 years of administrative experience. • Able to manage multiple tasks independently. • Holds an SPM or Diploma in any discipline. • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. • Reliable, service-oriented, team player with strong integrity and confidentiality. Education: • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Experience: • Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
