  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
  • Research and have a deep understanding of our customers’ ideal customer profiles before searching for target companies.
  • Research for target companies through online platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn.
  • Performs straightforward and stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
  • Meet the required target research quota of companies.
  • Update our Hubspot database with companies and contacts information.
  • Work with other related teams to complete assigned tasks and detect challenges during the research process and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-check data to ensure internal databases are updated and to be used for appointment setting by the Sales Team.
  • Assist Data Research Team in developing standard research procedures to ensure the quality of data delivered.

Qualifications
  • Keen eye for details with strong focus on data quality and accuracy
  • Details oriented, organisation skills, and ability to multiple tasks
  • Able to collaborate across multiple cultures
  • Highly reliable with no issues on attendance or change in schedule
  • Able to work independently while adhering to deadlines and balancing production volumes with high quality
  • Experienced in sales tools such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, UseBouncer
  • Experienced in sorting data on Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Have your own laptop for work
