  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

-Lead and overseeing SPX Express operations across all division in Sabah region including but not limited to Linehaul - transport, Sorting Centers - warehouses and Last Mile - delivery. -Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. -Analyze operational data, including performance metrics, and process workflows, to identify areas of growth and efficiency initiatives improvement across Sabah region. -Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations performance, ensuring the highest cost efficiency, area performance, and people capability and productivity. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement. -Capable of reporting and forecasting, planning operation outputs across Sabah region. -Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirement : -Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements -Candidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply. -Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous -More than 10 years of total work experience focusing on logistics operations, or related fields. -Strong leadership & managerial skills to manage big teams and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams -Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels. -Ability to deal with ambiguous situations -Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment -Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly -Working location: Jalan Cendera Kasih, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
