As an IT Support, you will be the go-to expert for customer software support and server-based web applications. Debug and revise based on feedback. • Client Care: Work closely with the support team to trace and resolve faults, ensuring complete satisfaction for the end customer. • Follow Through: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their issues are fully resolved. • Optimize & Improve: Keep customer information and assets up-to-date in the helpdesk, and champion process improvements. • Contribute to Success: Take on additional duties that drive the growth and success of our team. Who You Are • Qualified & Ready: You have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Web Savvy: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/AJAX/React, with bonus points for experience with the Liquid (Shopify Render Engine). Java development in J2EE applications is a plus. • Experienced: With a minimum of 2 years in IT support, you have a knack for troubleshooting and a deep understanding of large-scale web application architecture and relational databases. • Service-oriented: You thrive on helping others and have a proactive, enterprising mindset. • Great Communicator: You can explain technical issues clearly and concisely to clients, and you’re skilled at gathering requirements. • Team Player: You bring fresh ideas to the table, listen to others, and collaborate effectively. • Driven & Independent: You work well on your own but know when to seek input to deliver the best results. • Adaptable: You’re ready to travel on short notice and hold a B2 or D driving license. • Eager to Start: You’re available to join us immediately or as soon as possible.
