Develop business strategies and achieve performance targets. Professional and able to project a good image of the company. As a customer communication window, a negotiator and a decision maker. Prepare and execute action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Meeting and dealing with customer queries. Follow up and coordinate with customers during the projects. To represent the customer's requirement in an internal function. Responsible for replying the customer's RFQ. To build and maintain a good rapport with existing customers and develop new opportunities. To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned. Ensure data and documentation accuracy. To complete promptly the assignments that assigned by superior from time to time. Responsible in carrying out risk assessment. Has to be creative and idea driven in work approaches. Manage and control department expenditure within the budgets. To carry out assignments according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 45001 & GP requirement. Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirement:- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least more than five years working experience in Business & Development for plastic injection industry Business development, presentations, communication skill, negotiation, costing and quotation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good interpersonal skill and proficient in English writing & communication. Able to work independently and meet the tight deadline.
