Job Description: Recruit, lead, and motivate a highly motivated and results orientated Business Development Agency (BDA) and/or Business Development Consultant (BDC) Manage and lead team of BDA/BDC Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to BDA/BDC Identify new business opportunities and develop relationship with potential clients Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Conduct market feedback analysis on assigned projects to facilitate continuous improvement on products and services offered. Manage appointed BDA/BDC to ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures. Prepare weekly sales reports and support overall Sales functions. Requirements: At least Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Corporate Communication or relevant fields. At least 3 years of working experience managing sales teams and consistent record of sales achievement. Preferable real estate agent Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends Ability to build and maintain relationship with clients Willing to travel outstation.
