Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Manager with financial reviews and analytical work.
  • Maintain general ledger data integrity through balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to enhance overall financial operations.
  • Prepare complex journal entries, including accrual estimations, prepayment allocations, and balance sheet account analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation recording and asset disposition.
  • Conduct stock adjustment & disposal analysis, providing stock costing insights and resolutions.
  • Oversee SST submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with SQS-D & ISO 9001:2018.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • 3–4 years of experience in finance, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • CPA or other relevant professional accounting certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
