Site Engineer - Protege RTW

Job Brief To support end-to-end delivery from build trigger, survey, implementation and bring into service of fiber infra build. Manage all submission documents vendors, validate, and approve for subsequent process such as address registration and claims. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for daily management of construction vendors to expedite the construction and splicing of OSP facilities. 2. Managing relationship to jurisdictions and ROW contacts such as local councils (PBT), JKR & Landlords. 3. Working in closely with underlying rights group to identify and prepare start work permit and building access. 4. Oversees timely permitting submittal and on time performance of permitting and construction vendors. 5. Coordinate in the planning and lead the implementation of fiber connectivity solutions programs and projects that adhere to approved plans, budgets, and schedules. 6. Coordinate permitting team on permitting challenges by attending the meeting and to have good relationship with local councils & authority for immediate solution. 7. Provides specialized telecommunications technical expertise and recommend solution to project manager, maintenance engineer and project engineer. 8. Coordinates and facilitates with internal and external resources to affect the timely completion of projects. 9. Verify and update project documentation e.g., handover document for acceptance and bring into service. 10. Ensure build are accordance to the design and build specifications from clients. 11. Timely tracking of project progress, escalation, and consistent reporting to project manager on timely manner. 12. To ensure build KPI’s are met & claims document being verified and approved timely. Requirement 1. Diploma/Degree holder in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, with at least min 1 years working experience in relevant field. (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply) 2. Computer literate - conversant in the use of relevant work tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Visio). 3. Proficient in using AutoCAD software. 4. Good Bahasa Malaysia and English language skill is mandatory
