  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Monitor inspection and test queues (dashboard) and take action to maintain acceptable levels. • Assess the skill levels of supervised employees to effectively meet department goals. • Serve as the main point of contact for Inspectors regarding time-off requests and other inquiries. • Assist the Quality Manager in conducting performance evaluations for Inspectors. • Work with the Quality Manager to maintain staffing needs, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Supervise Inspectors, promote positive employee relations, and address any issues, including disciplinary actions, when necessary, in consultation with the Quality Manager and/or HR. • Initiate and oversee cross-training and initial training programs to improve inspection and testing capabilities. • Develop manpower planning and utilization programs, including scheduling overtime and optimizing the use of temporary services. • Coordinate inspection and test schedules based on production requirements, ensuring alignment with manufacturing supervision and management. • Establish a scheduling system that prioritizes daily requirements at each inspection and test location. • Enhance processes to anticipate and eliminate bottlenecks, streamlining throughput. • Maintain effective communication with manufacturing supervisors, Quality Engineers, and Quality Planners to promptly address and resolve quality or production issues. • Monitor and refine performance reporting systems for inspection and testing operations, taking necessary action based on results. • Develop and maintain employee development programs to maximize individual potential and organizational value. • Perform inspection tasks, including in-process/final inspection and CMM/Keyence programming, as needed.
