About The Role

Below are the key responsibilities for the role apart from the ones assigned by the Manager:

  • Support sales team in quote creation and data entry in ConCert/NGPS.
  • Providing administrative support (quote preparation etc.).
  • ConCert/NGPS maintenance (Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Projects).
  • Training administrative support with ConCert/NGPS, class creation and certificates issue.
  • Keeping customer database accurate.
  • ConCert/NGPS data cleaning.

About You

  • Business or Technical Degree or equivalent course.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Should have at least good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
  • Work experience in the similar industry of management system certification for operations / technical area is preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, & interpersonal), along with attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems is preferred (not mandatory).
