Job Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with various teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions.

Account Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company's presence within client organizations.
  • Work with the sales team to generate leads and close new deals.

Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.

Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market knowledge.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
