Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talents. This position requires a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with candidates who possess the technical expertise and cultural fit for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials to engage potential candidates.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, along with the onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
