Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled talents. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

- Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing materials to engage potential candidates.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment system.
- Prepare and extend job offers, along with the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
