  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial health, ensuring proper budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The role supports key business decisions by providing financial insights and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure timely submission of month-end closing and year-end statutory reports.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data to provide financial management advisory to achieve KPI’s

· Check and verify all variances and address queries from corporate office

· Ensure full compliance with internal controls, local statutory, tax, audit and corporate policies

· Work closely with the operations team to prepare forecast sales and costs

· Prepare & submission of monthly and yearly budget P&L

· Prepare & submission of costing update

· Prepare & submission of yearly insurance renewal

· Implement & maintain effective internal controls to safeguards company assets

· Identify and mitigate financial risks proactively

· To liaise and co-ordinate with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries and bank officers regarding all

statutory and regulatory compliance matters

· Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA professional qualifications or equivalent.

· Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment; At least 3 years in FP&A

· Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements

· Proficient in English language – written and spoken

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, be independent and meet tight deadlines in a

fast-paced environment.

· A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Can-do attitude and a self-starter.

· Good interpersonal and managerial skills

· Experienced with SQL Accounting system is a plus
