Get To Know The Role
- The primary responsibility of supporting the MD, provide support to the management team to ensure the team runs efficiently.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the management team priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for MD, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the management team.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange management teams’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, and transportation.
- Perform administrative and office support.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Organise team communications and plan events in regards to company culture, both internally and offsite.
- Supporting MD on day to day tasks, memo making, scheduling and administrative matters.
- Supporting key executives under the MD for crucial administrative matters.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Good in English, both oral and written
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
