  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Operation management

  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized and well maintained
  • Ensure the store compies with company policies

Inventory control

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
  • Handle inventory discrepancies and returns.

Reporting analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory.
  • Provide insight and recommendations for store improvement.
  • Report to management on store performance and issues.

Others (Assisting in Procurement Activities)

  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Business Management or a related field, preferably with a major in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in store management, inventory control, or procurement is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with team members and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in store operations.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational and inventory challenges effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of store operations and inventory accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
