Assistant Boutique

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice and recommendations. Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise displays and stock replenishment. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper product placement. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote special events or promotions. Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times. Involved QC and postage product. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or fashion experience preferred. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
